Although our real estate market has certainly been impacted by the pandemic, it hasn’t seen as much of a drop-off as you might think. Here’s why.
As we continue to navigate the world of real estate during a pandemic, first let me say that my heart goes out to all who have been negatively affected by this virus in any way. Today I’ve got a quick update for you on how things have been going in our real estate market. Last year, there were around 2,300 homes that went under contract from March 1 to April 20, 2019. In the same period this year, we had 2,188 homes go under contract. Those numbers are down, but they’re not far off from what we saw last year.
