Brad has lived in the midlands for 40 years. His previous career in the pest control industry has earned him a “personal” perspective of customer service. Listening to the client’s needs, and desired outcome, is paramount to deliver excellent service on every transaction. Brad has a vast knowledge of residential construction from the pest control industry, Lexington County Fire Service, and home inspections. Managing structural repairs and moisture mitigation, for homes across the midlands, gives Brad the ability to negotiate needed repairs for his clients.
When Brad is not helping a client, he will be in his garage training CrossFit, alongside his wife, Mandy, or spoiling his three granddaughters. Brad also loves the outdoors. He and his wife live the “Jeep Life.” They enjoy conquering the hardest trails, from North Carolina to Tennessee, and earning the Jeep badge of honor for that trail.
